OptiMICE® Sac n' Pack Feeder -
This removable stainless steel feeder installs in an OptiMICE cage in place of the standard feeder and water bottle. It accommodates both the Edstrom Sipper Sack and the Lab Products Hydro Pac. The Sac n Pack unit can be ordered for specific water bag preferences. The end facing out has a window to allow viewing of the water level. The feeder also includes an integrated scruffing grid. P/N C79330H for Hydro Pac and P/N C79330S for Sipper Sack.

Autowater Precharge Station -
Do you need to test and pre-charge your OptiMICE cage mounted automatic watering valves during cage changing? This accessory can be configured for Edstrom Industries (P/N C79360) or SE Lab Group valves (P/N C79365). It uses suction cups for easy bench mounting and removal, and handles can be configured for right- or left-hand operation. Made of heavy polished stainless steel.

OptiMICE® Water Bottle Washing Rack -
These racks can hold up to 15 bottles. They capture the bottles so they can be washed and drained upside down. Made from electropolished, heavy gauge 304 stainless steel. P/N C61011 – 19.5” x 14.5” x 5.5”.

Colored Bottle Assemblies -
Animal Care Systems is now offering both OptiMICE and M.I.C.E. system water bottles in opaque black color. The OptiMICE bottle is also available in translucent red. These optional items were developed to support increased customer requests for bottles that block UV light to the contents of the bottle. Many facilities are now medicating water with additives such as antibiotics, which can be damaged or destroyed by exposure to light. It will no longer be necessary to wrap bottles in aluminum foil or paint them to limit light transmittance.

Black and red bottles will be available only in polysulfone, so they are completely autoclavable at the highest temperatures normally used in the process. With an OptiMICE stainless steel bottle cap or a M.I.C.E. system black bottle cap, these bottles can be cleaned and autoclaved repeatedly with no adverse effects. UniMICE® Cage Divider Assembly - Single housing for mice. An easy to install, remove and clean device that evenly divides our 75 sq. in. cage exactly in two. The assembly includes a one-piece split feeder (P/N C40102) to accommodate both animals. Each side has its own food, water (water bottles sold separately) and fresh air. A standard OptiMICE® rack outfitted with UniMICE® can single house 200 mice in a single square meter! Made of clear polycarbonate with stainless steel clips and feeder.

OptiMICE® Scruffing Grid -
The optional scruffing grid (P/N C40230) is designed to fit on our standard .51 liter (17.2 fl.Oz.) OptiMICE feeder. This stainless steel scruffing grid easily installs and becomes a rigid addition to the feeder. It can be removed later if required. The grid allows for standard stacking of the feeders during cleaning. The grid is open and accessible with the top removed and the feeder installed in the cage. The grid measures 12.3cm x 4.5 cm (4 ¾ x 1 ¾).

OptiMICE® Cage Card Adapter - This removable stainless steel part installs in the integrated cage card holder. It provides a convenient mount for your stainless steel cage card holder (when a larger card is needed). P/N C40250.

OptiMICE® Tox Floor - This easily removable stainless steel floor insert provides for caging mice in toxicology studies where bedding cannot be used. Our unique design (also used in Original M.I.C.E.®) reduces foot injuries common to wire mesh type floors and maintains maximum ceiling clearance - P/N C40170.

OptiMICE® - Replaces our standard feeder with a J-Type feeder for use with powdered or granular feed. Connects to the same point in the cage as our standard feeder. Made from polished stainless steel with integral flow bars to prevent spillage. The low height allows even juvenile mice easy access to feed. The design clears bedding or our Tox floor – P/N C40180.

OptiMICE® Cage Top Rack – This rack holds 20 OptiMICE cage tops for convenient washing. Made from heavy electropolished stainless steel wire, it holds 20 OptiMICE cage tops. 23” x 14.5” x 5” high. P/N C61020. Also holds OptiRAT® cage tops.

OptiMICE® Column - Row ID Kit - All OptiMICE® racks being shipped include Column - Row ID flags installed. Additional or replacement flags may also be obtained by purchasing the optional Column - Row ID Kit P/N C79160. The kit contains 20 flags and installation instructions.

Large Capacity Wire Feeder - Our new large capacity OptiMICE feeder holds .78 liters (26.3 fl. Oz.). Made of polished stainless steel. Stackable for easy cleaning, and effortlessly installs on the integrated cage feature. P/N C40103.

Cage Cards - Slightly smaller (2.5" x 5") than our Original M.I.C.E® cage cards, designed to fit into the integrated card holder in the cage front. Printed on both sides with additional cage change dates and notes on the back. Comes in five colors - P/N C52011.

Damper Assembly - This item allows for adjustment of airflow through any ACS rack. Using the same unique coupling system as our racks and flex hoses, it can be installed on the rack or in tamper-resistant locations near the ceiling exhaust.

ACS Anemometer - Based on a high-accuracy portable, digital, commercially available anemometer, it features the same quick-connect capability as our ventilation hoses and Damper Assembly. Use it to quickly check the airflow in multiple M.I.C.E. racks, check room ventilation, or log ventilation history. The RS-232 Interface allows data transfer to your PC from the internal 1000 point data logger. Shipped with Windows® software, interface cable, and 9V battery.
